WishWell stores only a child’s first name and birthday — nothing more. We act as your data processor under a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA), so your nursery remains the data controller. The lawful basis is legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) UK/EU GDPR): birthday wishes and cards are a proportionate, low-impact use of minimal data.
